If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us via  info@lullabeeshop.com as soon as possible. We can modify your order before it has been processed for shipping.  If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we can change the address.  Please contact us as soon as possible for a change of address request.

We ask for 2-3 business days to process your order before shipment. Shipping times vary depending on your location. Typically, delivery arrive within 5-10 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatche.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way. Didn’t receive your tracking information? Reach out to our Customer Experience Team at  info@lullabeeshop.com. 

Please keep in mind shipping delays are sometimes unavoidable. Delivery during/after holidays or to areas experiencing severe weather conditions may require additional time. We recommend monitoring your shipping updates.

Yes, we offer international shipping. Please be aware that shipping times may vary for international orders, and additional customs fees or taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. 

Lullabee provides worldwide shipping to our customers outside of the US, and pricing varies country to country.

All packages shipped generally arrive within 5-14 business days. However, delays created by customs may require a 10-20 business-day time in transit. This is very rare, but do be aware of this possibility.

If you are experiencing complications for your delivery, please contact the shipping carrier. For most cases, Lullabee is unable to provide any additional information or changes to your shipment once it has left our facilities.

Lullabee is not liable for any lost packages due to address errors.

Washing

• Wash separately on gentle with a neutral pH detergent 
• Cold water and low spin
• Do not bleach
• Do not use fabric softener (the fabric is so soft- you won't need it!)
• Use front loading washing machine if possible

Drying

• Tumble dry on low/no heat or line dry
• Do not use iron
• Do not dry clean

We recommend using a pH neutral and gentle detergent. Here's some recommendations from our Product Team:

• Seventh Generation Concentrated Laundry Detergent, Free & Clear Unscented

For washing our Sheets, Sheet Set and Pillowcases; we highly suggest:

You can return bedding products purchased on lullabee.com within 30 days of your original purchase and non-bedding items within 7 days. To start a return, simply click here or contact us at  info@lullabeeshop.com. Please note, customers are responsible for return shipping costs for both returns and exchanges.

 Conditions

Product must be returned in original packaging received and free from any stains or damage.

Maximum of two (2) items for refund per order. Unlimited store credit and exchange items per order.

If there is a variance in price for exchange items, customers must pay for price difference or will be refunded if of lesser value. Exchanges will be processed once we receive the original item. Exchanged items are final sale.
